Documents Required
Premium Broker (& most lenders) will require the following documents:

Identification
•    Copies of your Drivers License
•    Copies of your passport or Birth Certificate or Medicare Card


Income - PAYG
•    Two recent payslips (name, address, ABN & YTD Figures)
•    PAYG Summaries or Personal Tax Returns


Income - Self Employed (if applicable)
•    Last 2 years Personal Tax Returns
•    Last 2 years ATO Notice of Assessments
•    Last 2 years Financial Statements (full accounts)
•    Last 2 years Business Tax Returns
•    Last 4 BAS/GST Quarterly Activity statements (if 2021 financials are not available)


Rental Income
•    Existing - Most recent Rental Statement from Real Estate Agent or Lease
•    Proposed – Letter from Real Estate Agent with proposed rental income


Security
•    Purchase Contract of Sale – 1st page preferably signed
•    Copy of Council Rates for existing properties


Statements via EASY LINK
•    Last 6 months Home Loan Statements – must be current, include name & address & within 30 days
•    Last 3 months Savings Statement – can show salary deposits
•    Most Recent Credit Card Statements - all lenders
•    Most Recent Statement for personal loans, leases, other loans

Full statements are required and CSV or excel files are not acceptable
